The Director of Maharana Pratap College of Pharmacy in India had a chance to familiarize himself with the training system and infrastructure of the University of Debrecen and its Faculty of Pharmacy on Monday. The two institutions of higher education also signed a cooperation agreement for joint education, research and mobility.

The Hungarian research astronaut, Tibor Kapu, prepared to perform a surprise Tankcsapda song at the University of Debrecen's Wednesday evening stadium show to kick off the academic year, singing and playing the guitar on stage at Nagyerdei Stadium. He received an honorary doctorate from the University of Debrecen on Friday.
