Hírek Erasmus, mobility program címkével

Guest students from Germany, Poland, Slovakia and Bulgaria came to the first Erasmus+ BIP (Blended Intensive Program) course of the University of Debrecen. In addition to interactive language sessions the four-day GloLiteToLead training course included gave awareness-raising presentations given by managers of domestic and international companies, organized by the Faculty of Economics.

There will be approximately forty students and six lecturers from as many as five different universities participating in the first Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program (BIP) of the University of Debrecen in May. The course, which will focus on the development of leadership skills, is going to be organized and hosted by the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Debrecen.

There are over 400 European universities that offer programmes for students of the University of Debrecen in the framework of the Erasmus mobility programme. Internship programmes are also available in the participating institutions of 34 European countries.

The University of Debrecen has announced its next round of applications in the Erasmus programme for the academic year 2023/2024. More than 250 students will have a chance to complete a part-time study abroad or internship program in Europe or in a distant part of the world. The deadline for the applications is 15 March.

The University of Debrecen and Sunway University, one of the best private universities in South-East Asia, signed a partnership agreement on Friday. The event was also attended by the ambassador of Malaysia to Hungary. The agreement will strengthen the international presence of UD and facilitate student and teacher mobility.

Erasmus Teahouse, Foreign Exchange Platform and English-language Mobility Café promote Erasmus+ program applications and mobility at #ErasmusDays events of the University of Debrecen. In the series of programs starting on October 12, instructors, Hungarian and foreign students alike can find the ideal opportunity to study abroad.

After two years, Erasmus students have arrived to the University of Debrecen again. The students involved in the mobility programme were received by representatives of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Student’s Council, the International Office, and the Erasmus Student Network in the Hall of the Main Building.

The Erasmus programmes for the academic year 2022-2023 have been announced. Within the framework of the mobility programme, students can study in countries like Mexico, South Korea or Japan, in addition to the European countries involved. Students were informed on the mobility programmes available at the University of Debrecen at the “Mobility Café”.

Members of an official delegation from Kazakhstan, representing the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (Almaty, Kazakhstan), have visited the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Debrecen in order to learn about research conducted here in the fields of biology, botany, genomics and microbiology.

Mobility, study abroad and internship opportunities were presented to the students of the University of Debrecen at the Foreign Exchange on the #ErasmusDays in the cloister of the Main Building. This year's exchange focused on the opportunities offered by the Erasmus + programme.
